| Abstract: | The co-reaction mechanism of epoxy resin modified cyanate resin was presented,and the effect of the reaction condition,especially catalyst and material ratio,on the reaction was described. The wet and heat aging resistance property,the mechanical and dielectric properties of the modified resin were discussed. The wide application of the resin in modern industry was also briefly introduced. |
