摘    要:从原材料和冷,热加工等方面分析了40CrNiMoA刀体裂纹形成的原因。得出,刀片槽槽根R较小和硫化物的存在,使刀体在热处理时,在刀片槽槽根产生应力集中,导致刀体产生裂纹而失效,提出了改进措施。

Abstract:The cracking of 40CrNiMoA cutter body was analysed by examination of raw material and cold and hot working techniques. It is concluded that cutter body crack was caused by forging fold, sulphide concentra-tion and large quenching stress at the corner of insert groove. Measures are suggested to avoid further failure of cutter body.
