摘    要:本文所提出的超声测沙方法的原理,是根据超声波在含沙水流中传播时在悬沙上产生的反射波的数目来测量含沙量的大小。本文在理论上作了一些分析,得出了回波数目与含沙量之间在数量上的基本关系式。在实验上,对煤粉、塑料沙进行了大量的试验。实验结果表明回波数与含沙量之间存在着一定的规律,并与从理论上分析所求得的关系式相符。


A New Ultrasonic Method of Measuring the Amount of Sand Contained in Fluid
Abstract:In this paper, a new ultrasonic method of measuring the amount of sand contained in fluid or in sediment model has been introduced. Its principle is based on two considerations: one is that the number of the ultrasonic reflecting waves from the floating sand in fluid is proportional to the amount of sand contained in fluid and the other is that the fading of the ultrasonic wave in fluid increases, following exponential law, with the increase of the amount of sand con tained in fluid. A basic formula is then found and it coincides with the results of a large amount of experiments on different model sand.
