MoS2纳米线的制备和显微分析

摘    要:采用水热路线合成MoS2纳米线,长度和直径分别为300—640nm和20—40nm。产物用X射线衍射仪,透射电子显微镜和高分辨透射电子显微镜进行表征,实验结果显示制备的MoS2纳米线是由几个具有线形的MoS2纳米晶体组成。

Abstract:MoS2 nanowires with lengths and diameters ranging from 300~640nm and 20~40nm, respectively, have been prepared by a hydrothermal route. The products are characterized by means of X-ray powder diffraction, transmission electron microscopy and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy. The experimental results gives the evidence that a single MoS2 long-nanowire is composed of several shorter MoS2 nanocrystalline with wire morphology.
