| Abstract: | Under the reseach of the main characteristics about appraisal bid in the engineering project,the hierarchy fuzzy decision method is proposed on the basis of the idea of hierarchy analysis and the method of fuzzy set.By using this method,we can select a sound scheme for the new engineering project fairly and reasonably. |
