Development Report on 4A11 Aluminum Alloy Cast Spectrum Standard Sample

This paper mainly introduces the 4A11 cast spectrum standard sample development process. The standard sample composition design is reasonable, to meet the requirement for analysis of 4A11, and the preparation technology is advanced and reasonable, with good uniformity and stability.Seven typical domestic laboratories use different analysis methods to set the value, which is accurate and re-liable.That fills the gap in domestic casting spectrum control sample and reaches the domestic ad-vanced level of the same standard sample.
