摘 要: | 针对在极地气候对吊管机用柴油机进气道采用加热辅助冷起动技术,即采用压缩天然气(CNG)加热器燃烧加热空气,利用颗粒式热容器,实现对空滤器过来的冷空气加热的目的。加热后的空气通过进气歧管,进入气缸,实现整个进气管路的加热,使得柴油机起动时进入气缸的空气平均温度达到0℃以上,从而确保柴油机在-45℃条件下顺利起动。

Abstract: | Against the polar climate, the intake manifold of the pipeplayer - driving diesel engine are heated by the CNC heater and the heat container . The heated air flows into cylinders through intake pipes to warm the intake pipes. When the diesel engine starts, air in the intake pipe increases to over 0℃, ensuring the diesel engine starting smoothly. |
