球墨铸铁生产技术的新进展

我国球墨铸铁生产技术近年来取得较大进展，包括高纯生铁在内的原辅材料商品化供应有了保障；球化、孕育处理工艺有较大改进；国内外出现了各种目前标准中没有的性能优异的新一代新牌号球铁，如硅强化高强度铁素体球铁、高强度高冲击韧性低温铁素体球铁、高强度高塑性珠光体球铁以及高镍奥氏体球铁；球铁件生产专业化程度、质量稳定性和一致性正在不断提高。我国球铁行业已具备生产高端球铁件基本条件，正处于由大变强关键时期。同时指出了存在问题和今后发展方向。
