国外某复杂铅锌矿石选矿试验研究

摘    要:国外某铅锌多金属矿石含铅4.55%、锌5.78%,共生关系复杂,嵌布粒度极细,而且铅、锌矿物可浮性相近。为综合回收各有用矿物,采用"铅锌优先浮选"流程,对该矿石进行了详细的选矿试验研究。最终试验成功实现了铅、锌矿物分离,获得了铅品位51.23%、回收率为86.43%的铅精矿,以及锌品位46.64%、回收率为87.74%的锌精矿。

Research On Mineral Processing Technology Of A Lead-Zinc Ore from Abroad

Abstract:As we made the research on the characteristics of the ore lead -zinc ore that contains lead 4.55%, zinc 5.78%, we could find that the intergrowth relation is complicated , the dissemination size was fine , and the floatability of lead-zinc mineral is similar .For the comprehensive recovery of the metals in the ore , we used preferential flotation separation processing to recover the valuable min-eral from the ore .The result showed that the lead and zinc were separated successfully , the lead grade is 51.23%and the lead recovery is 86.43%, and the zinc grade is 46.64%and the zinc recovery is 87 .74%.
