| 摘 要： | 烧结矿中FeO含量是评价烧结生产的一项综合性指标，它反映烧结过程的动态控制状况，它与烧结矿的转鼓强度、低温还原粉化率、还原性的相关性很大，是影响高炉炉况顺行的一个重要参数。近年烧结生产条件与工艺制度发生很大的变化，对影响FeO含量的因素进行实验研究，旨在寻求FeO最佳控制范围，提高烧结矿产质量，降低能耗，改善冶金性能。

| Abstract: | FeO content in sinter is a comprehensive indicator to evaluate the sintering production , it reflects the dynamic control of the sintering process , the drum strength , and low temperature RDI , and has a significant correlation with reduction , and is an important parameter in blast furnace opera-tion.In recent years, the sintering production conditions and process system has changed greatly , the study has been made for the factors affecting the FeO content , in order to seek FeO optimal control range, improve sinter quality , reduce energy consumption , and improve metallurgical properties . |
