喂线工艺生产蠕铁柴油机缸体缸盖的技术

本文介绍了蠕墨铸铁柴油机缸体缸盖的喂线生产铸造工艺技术。研究了喂线法与热分析技术相结合的蠕墨铸铁生产工艺。该工艺既有喂线法精确控制喂线量的优点，又能通过热分析技术对铁液蠕化效果进行预判，能够保证蠕化效果，可以应用于缸体缸盖等蠕墨铸铁件的批量生产。同时分析了蠕墨铸铁生产工艺过程中存在的问题，提出了解决措施。

Casting Process of Compacted Graph ite Iron Cylinder Block and Cylinder Head

CGI cylinder block and cylinder head foundry process was introduced in this paper .The CGI production process which combine wire feed technology and thermal analysis was studied in this paper .This process has the advantage of wire feed ’ s precise control and this process can give antici-pation of the iron through thermal analysis which can assure the result of treatment .This process can be used in mass production of CGI cylinder block and cylinder head .The problems during CGI pro-duction were analysed meanwhile , relevant methods were given .
