| Abstract: | The paper has an analysis and removal for reasons that the vacuum circuit breaker closing bounce procluces overvohage to make the series reactor ground short-circuit and points out existential problems. And it proposes the counterrneasures and suggestions for operation and maintename of the series reactor and the vacuum circuit breaker. |
