失步解列装置应用浅析

Analysis of Step Out Off-the-Line Device Application

Step out off-the-line control can make off-the-line, switching device, suitching load or start other control measures to the system synchronism again. It is the last defence to prevent the power system in complex fault conditions to be broadened leading to large area power failure. The paper presents the power system step out phenomenon and com- mon fire step out criteria of electric network off-the-line device at present, and analyzes criterion method based on ucosq and expounds necessity and scheme for the step out off-the-line device to be equipped in No. 2 set of Douhe Power Station.
