失步解列装置应用浅析

摘    要:失步解列控制可在电力系统失步时,做出解列、切机、切负荷或启动其他使系统再同期的控制措施,是防止电力系统在复杂故障情况下事故扩大而导致大面积停电进而崩溃的最后一道防线.介绍了电力系统失步解列现象以及目前电网解列装置常用的五种失步判据,并重点分析基于ucosφ的判据方式,阐述了陡河发电厂二号站配备失步解列装置的必要性及方案.

Abstract:Step out off-the-line control can make off-the-line, switching device, suitching load or start other control measures to the system synchronism again. It is the last defence to prevent the power system in complex fault conditions to be broadened leading to large area power failure. The paper presents the power system step out phenomenon and com- mon fire step out criteria of electric network off-the-line device at present, and analyzes criterion method based on ucosq and expounds necessity and scheme for the step out off-the-line device to be equipped in No. 2 set of Douhe Power Station.
