新型双偏心链轮不等速机构的分析设计

摘    要:无拉簧装置的双偏心链轮不等速机构能实现从动件复杂的运动要求.因其结构简单、对制造精度要求较低,受力条件好,可作为高速包装机横封器的一种新型传动机构.本文分析并提出了该机构一系列设计参数及其最优参数选用的方法,并列出了有关公式和图表数据,供设计者选用.

Abstract:A twin eccentric wheel mechanism without tension spring may realize the more complicated requirement for the driven wheel. Due to its simplicity in structure the less rigorous demand in manufacture and the more favorable in strength .This mechanism can be applied as a transverse seam device of high-speed Packaging machinery. A set of parameters for the mechanism design is introduced and a criterion of choosing the optimum parameters is recommended. The formulas and date in this paper are suitable in design and application.
