微波消解-原子荧光法同时测定食用菌中砷和汞

摘    要:采用微波消解仪处理样品,原子荧光光谱法同时测定食用菌中砷和汞。结果表明:砷在1.0~10.0μg·L-1内线性良好,相关系数为0.9997,汞在0.10~1.00μg·L-1内线性良好,相关系数为0.9990,砷和汞的检出限分别为0.052μg·L-1和0.0087μg·L-1,回收率分别为92.0%和90.0%,相对标准偏差均小于5%。该方法简便、快速、结果准确可靠,能满足食用菌中砷汞的同时测定。

Abstract:A method for simultaneously determination of arsenic and mercury in Edible mushrooms by atomic fluorescence spectrometry with microwave digestion was established. Experimental result showed that the linear ranges were 1.0- 10.0 μg·L^-1 for arsenic with the correlation coefficient of 0.9997, and 0.10- 1.00μg·L^-1 mercury with the correlation coefficient of 0.9990. The detection limit of arsenic and mercury was 0.052 μg·L^-1 and 0.0087μg·L^-1, respectively. The recoveries were 92.0 % for arsenic and 90.0 % for mercury, and the RSD of the two elements were both less than 5 %. The method had advantages of simple operation, fast determination and accurate results, therefore was suitable for the simultaneous determination of arsenic and mercury in Edible mushrooms.
