摘    要:光照电厂水轮发电机组为半伞式结构,总装机1 040 MW(4×260 MW),一次检修后出现下导轴承摆度超标报警,推力轴承瓦温偏高报警等异常现象。根据机组运行数据和实际运行工况,从机组检修安全质量、设备结构、设计制造等方面对对机组运行数据超标的缺陷进行了分析处理。通过复测轴瓦间隙,盘车数据分析,找到了问题的根源,通过重新计算调整轴瓦间隙,机组运行恢复了正常,保证了机组安全可靠运行。

Analysis and Treatment of High Temperature Fault of the Thrust Bearing in Vertical-type Hydro-turbine Generator Units
Abstract:The generator units in Guangzhao Hydropower Station is of the half umbrella structure .Abnormal faults such as the excessive swinging of the guide bearing and high temperature of the thrust bearing are observed .According to the actual operation data and condition , possible reasons of these faults are analyzed considering the maintenance quality , device structure , design and manufacture .By adjusting the bearing clearance , the faults are eliminated and the genera-tor units now operate safely and reliably .
