| 摘 要： | 结合宜昌勘测设计院的具体情况,介绍了工程质量管理体系的构成,包括项目策划管控、专业科室管控和产品出院管控,分析了在产品质量过程管理中存在的问题,提出了整改方法,以达到产品质量管理的法制化、规范化和现代化。

| Abstract: | The engineering quality management system adopted in the Yichang Branch of the Powerchina Zhongnan En -gineering Corporation is introduced , including the management and control of project plan , professional department and product completion .Several problems encountered in the process management of product quality are analyzed .Improve-ment measures are proposed correspondingly , which could promote the institutionalization , standardization and moderni-zation of the quality management . |
