Analysis and Treatment of Oil Leakage of Governor Servomotor in Geheyan Hydropower Plant

Oil leakage problem is observed in the governor servomotor of the No.4 unit in Geheyan Hydropower Plant, which causes frequent startup of the oil pump motor, oil temperature rising and viscosity reduction, deterioration of the hydraulic system leakage, and finally affects the safe and stable operation of the unit.Through replacement of the piston ring of the servomotor, proper selection of the ring material and ring gaps, as well as improvement of its processing pro-cedures, the servomotor oil leakage problem is largely mitigated.
