锦涤复合皮芯短纤维生产工艺

摘    要:以锦纶 6为皮 ,涤纶为芯进行复合纺丝 ,探讨纺丝和后加工过程的生产工艺。指出 :生产中只要严格控制锦纶 6纺丝温度为 2 82℃ ,涤纶纺丝温度为 2 85℃、侧吹风温度 17℃、后纺总拉伸倍数 3.6 75、拉伸温度 6 5℃以及加强定型后的冷却 ,便可生产出质量稳定的锦涤复合纤维 ,其性能指标接近或超过锦纶短纤维。

Abstract:The process of compound spinning with nylon6 as sheath and PET as core was introduced. The technique of spinning and afterprocessing was studied. The results showed: the process parameters should be controlled as spinning temperature of 282℃, cross air blow temperature of 17℃,total draw ratio of 3.675,drawing temperature of 65℃ and the cooling after setting was important. Thus, PA6/PET compound fiber with good performance was produced. Its performance figures came up to or even better than that of nylon staple.
