电热水壶手柄注塑模具设计

摘    要:分析了电热水壶手柄塑件的结构,并借助Pro/E软件完成了该塑件的注塑模具设计,阐述了模具分型面的选择以及浇注系统、成型系统、冷却系统和侧抽芯机构的设计。经生产实践验证,该模具结构紧凑,工作可靠,操作方便成,型塑件质量好。

Abstract:The structure of plastic part of electric kettle handle was analyzed.The injection mold for this plastic part was designed by means of Pro/E software.The selection of parting surface,and design of gating system,molding system,cooling system and side core-pulling mechanism for the mold were elaborated.The practical production proves that the mold is compact in structure, credible and easy in operation,and the quality of the plastic part is good.
