光伏型锑化铟红外探测器开路失效研究

摘    要:主要对光伏型锑化铟红外探测器组件开路失效现象进行分析。选取典型失效产品,通过性能测试、解剖等分析方法,寻找失效原因(金层表面有网状胶存在、引线与金属化层形变不够导致键合失效,芯片材料崩裂等),并对引起失效的机理进行了分析。

Abstract:The failure analysis of InSb PV detector is studied.With the typical failed products as samples,performance test and device anatomizing were made to find the mechanism of failure. Some problems are found to be the main causes to result in the failures.the problems include:there is reticulation glue remaining on the gold layer;the shapes of lend and gold layer have inadeqnate change that result in invalidat bond;the chip material breaks apart,etc.Failure model was set up and analysis was male.
