大跨度钢管砼拱桥拱肋吊装中的扣索索力计算

摘    要:采用有限元计算与优化分析相结合的方法对扣索索力进行逆向求解.索力的计算以拱肋各标高控制点的高程偏差平方和最小为优化目标,以拱肋的内力及各个控制点的标高偏差为状态变量,采用一阶分析法对设计变量扣索索力值进行迭代优化.基于ANSYS软件的结构分析功能和优化功能,应用此方法对一座钢管混凝土拱桥拱肋的悬拼吊装中的索力进行了计算.结果表明,该方法计算精度高,线形控制效果好.

Abstract:The method of FEM analysis combined with optimization was used to calculate inversely the ca-ble forces.The calculation aimed at minimizing the square sum of the altitude deviation of all altitude-con-trolled nodes;it was limited by the internal force of the arch and the allowable odds of the altitude-con-trolled nodes.The first order optimization method was introduced to acquire the cable forces.Based on the function of ANSYS on structure analysis and optimization,the method was implemented to calculate the cable forces in the process of segment suspending construction of a concrete-filled steel tubular(CFST)arch bridge.The results showed that this method is precise and effective for bridge construction.
