摘    要:虚拟企业复杂多变的分散制造环境,适合采用多智能体系统的技术,并应用合同网协议进行生产过程的计划与调度。针对单纯应用合同网的多智能体系统的车间调度所存在的问题,提出应用实例推理与合同网相结合的方法,优化系统的整体性能。描述了虚拟企业基于多智能体系统的制造系统体系结构,提出了调度实例的构造方法,并采用内外积表示的模糊贴近度进行相似度判别的策略,为基于多智能体系统的虚拟企业制造系统原型中调度与协同部分开发提供了理论依据和模型指导。

Abstract:The Contact Net Protocol (CNP) based on Multi-Agent System (MAS) is fit for the distributed manufacturing systems in Virtual Enterprise (VE) to solve scheduling and controlling problem. However, There are several defects in solving real problems. A new method is proposed, which is the combination of Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) and CNP, to resolve the waste of resources of the MAS scheduling. Then the architecture of MAS-based manufacturing systems in VE is described, and how to retrieve and match the scheduling cases is mainly discussed. At last a new matching theory based on fuzzy logic is also proposed.
