| 摘 要： | 热喷涂涂层呈典型的层状结构,孔隙度较高,且与基体结合为物理结合,难以适应较恶劣的环境,这限制了它的应用范围及使用寿命.重熔处理可以改善涂层与基体间的结合强度和涂层内在质量,提高涂层使用性能.综述了各种涂层重熔处理新工艺的研究现状,介绍了重熔后的组织和性能,分析比较了各工艺的不同,以期促进该技术的发展,指导实际应用,并展望了其推广应用的前景.
