双庙1井喷漏同存复杂井况的处理

摘    要:双庙1井是一口高压气层喷漏同层、下喷上漏,伴有多压力系统多漏失层的复杂井,多次打水泥和桥塞加水泥堵漏,井漏均未得到有效的控制。由于井漏导致井内液面下降致使井内液柱压力降低,同时使原来封堵上部漏层的桥塞反吐造成钻头卡死,又因井口下闸板防喷器长期处于高压工作状态,并被高压气体携带的固相颗粒刺穿,严重威胁井口安全,最终采用新型聚合物堵漏材料特殊凝胶堵漏剂尾追水泥浆的方案,一次施工便成功堵住了多点漏层和封隔了主漏层以下、钻头以上环空。测井结果表明,水泥环在2250~3200 m,返高2355 m,返高以上至漏层环空特殊凝胶柱近100 m,成功地解决了双庙1井喷漏同层的复杂井况问题。

Abstract:The Well Shuangmiao-1 is a complex high pressure gas well with multi-pressure systems, multi-thief-zones, with lost circulation at upper formation and underground blowout at deeper formation. Cement plugs and bridge plugs had been attempted many times with cement added to stop the circulation loss without avail. And due to the lost circulation, the low hydraulic pressure resulted inside the wellbore, the bridge plug used to isolate the upper thief zone was forced out and the bit got blocked. Because the ram BOP had been working under high pressure for long time, and also had ever been pierced by solids carried in high pressure gas stream, the wellhead safety was seriously threatened. Therefore a new polymer LCM and special gelling additives were tried before the cement slurry for plugging, in one operation the thief zones and the annulus below the major thief zone and above the bit were finally blocked. The well logging showed cement sheath formed from 2250m to 3200m, slurry returns to 2355m, and a special gel column of 100m high formed in the annulus from return cement top to the thief zone. The complicated conditions with lost circulation and underground blowout on this well can thus be changed in a better way.
