摘    要:基于计算机模拟技术进行监控的数字化生产凋度监控系统由数据网络采集系统和上位机监测处理两部分组成。由于全过程采用计算机处理,大大提高了系统的智能性减少了人为误差。在实时监控中,系统可提供逻辑判断分析和自动数据记录能力,弥补了调度模拟盘的不足,提高了生产调度管理水平。

Abstract:Computer analog-based digital monitoring system of production dispatching is composed of data network collecting system and upper level computer monitoring and processing system. As the whole flowsheet is processed by computer, the system intelligence is greatly raised and the human error reduced. In real-time monitoring, the system can provide capabilities of logic judgement and analysis, and automatic data recording, thus making up the defficiency of the dispatching analog disk and raising the management level of production dispatching.
