| 摘 要： | 针对原开口机存在的问题和开口机水雾化系统及雾化开口机特性的分析，提出了开口机的改造方案。实践表明，改造后有效地降低了钻头钻杆及备件的消耗，大幅度降低故障率，减少二次烟尘污染，提高了铁口的工艺标准，取得了较好的经济效益。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the existing problems of the original opening machine, the characteristic of opening machine water atomizing system and atomization opening machine are analyzed, the reform plan of opening machine is put forward. Practice show that, after transformation the drill, drill rod and the consumption of spare parts effec- tive｜y reduces, the failure rate greatly reduces, the pollution of sceond smoke and dust reduces, the iron craft stand- ard is improve, the better economic benefits are obtained. |
