摘    要:Consteel炼钢工艺是一种节能效果显著的电弧炉炼钢新工艺,该工艺包括连续加料、废钢预热、超高功率供电、长弧泡沫渣、水冷炉壁、水冷炉盖、导电横臂、偏心底出钢、高阻抗、吹氧和氧燃助熔以及计算机控制等先进技术。从工艺出发,对Consteel工艺的各种节能技术进行了全面分析。分析结果表明,Consteel工艺是一种综合能耗低、综合效益好的炼钢工艺。

Abstract:The Consteel steelmaking process is a new energy-saving steelmaking method. This process in- cludes continuous feeding, scrap preheating, ultra high power, long arc foaming slag, water cooled body and roof, e- lectrode-holder arms, EBT system, high impedance, Oxygen-blowing and computer control and so on. Based on the process, all kinds of the energy-saving technologies are comprehensively analyzed, and the results show that Consteel is a steelmaking process of both low energy cost and good benefits.
