散热器零件压铸模设计

摘    要:由于散热器叶片薄,叶片之间的间距小,环形的凹槽较深,用压铸工艺生产散热器,压铸模动模型芯若采用整体结构难以加工制造。压铸模的动模型芯采用镶块组合结构,不仅解决了型腔制造困难,而且改善了模具的填充、排气性能,使铸件组织致密,满足了散热器铸件对气密性的要求。在分析散热器压铸工艺性的基础上,论述了模具的设计要点,通过主胀型力和锁模力的计算,选择了压铸机,给出了工艺参数和实用的模具结构,进而论述了模具的工作原理和压铸工艺。

Abstract:It is difficult to manufacture radiator component using integrated structural core in moving die casting die because of thin blades, small gap among the blades as well as deep circlar groove. The use of inserted block for the core in moving die not only overcame the difficulties in mold cavity making but also improved the mold filling and gas release so as to obtain sound casting. The design essentials of the die were described on the basis of analyzing the technological characteristics of die casting for the radiator. The die casting machine was selected by calculating the swelling force and clamping force. The processing parameters and practical die structure were given. Finally running principle of the die and die casting technology were expounded.
