智能型涡流无损检测仪的研制

摘    要:针对传统涡流无损检测仪硬件复杂、对操作人员要求较高的缺点,研究了智能型涡流无损检测仪,设计了相应的软件和硬件。研制的仪器软件功能完善,采用流行的虚拟仪器形式,利用NI公司的CVI平台开发了基于Windows9x的工控机控制、数据处理、通讯和显示等部分的软件。与传统的涡流无损检测仪相比,具有硬件简单、调试方便的特点,极大地降低了硬件成本。

Abstract:Directing against the disadvantage of the complicated hardware and strict operation of traditional eddy current testing instrument, a set of smart eddy current nondestructive testing instrument was developed and the related software and hardware were designed. Current virtual instrument technology and the software using CVI platform of NI Company with function of PC control, data processing, communication and interface display were adopted. The instrument was more simple in hardware, convenient in debugging and lower in cost.
