固体火箭发动机点火装置的技术现状和发展趋势

摘    要:对点火具、点火药、点火药盒和延期点火技术的研究现状和发展趋势进行了分析和总结,指出:半导体桥(SCB)火工品是桥丝式火工品的理想换代产品;喷管堵片除了传统意义上的防潮、防尘作用外,其点火建压作用更为重要;开发智能型SCB点火技术和药盒新材料是点火器研究的主攻方向。

Abstract:The paper made the analysis and summary for present situation and development trend of portfire technology in initiating explosive device,ignition powder,ignition kit and delay firing technique.And it points out that the semiconductor bridge and initiating explosive devices are the ideal replacement product of hot bridge-wire electric initiating explosive device,the exhaust nozzle film plays more important role in firing pressure making up except traditional damp-proof and dustproof action,and it is the main research direction to develop the intelligent semiconductor bridge ignition technique and the new material of ignition kit for the research of initiating explosive device.
