摘 要: | 针刺延期雷管的发火率及延时精度是其安全性与可靠性的重要指标。通过在原针刺药基础上外加混制6%的四氮烯,利用四氮烯与羧氮的共同作用增强了针刺感度,保证发火率达到100%。在此基础上通过优化压药工艺、改进装配结构等措施,显著提高了延期雷管的发火率及延时精度。

Abstract: | The safety and reliability of stab delay detonator depends on the property of initiation rate and delay precision. The improvement of stab agent was put in use by adding 4% of tetrazene, and the combined action ensured 100% of initiation rate by means of tetrazene and Pb( N3 )2. The initiation rate and delay precision of stab delay detonator were improved by adjusting of charge technology and assembly structure. |
