碱法麦草浆漂段间配合及优化的研究

摘    要:用单段最佳条件分析中,麦草烧碱AQ浆在氧脱木素条件以用碱量为3%时,后续H2O2漂白时,H2O2用量2.5%,纸浆的白度可达到65%(ISO)以上,而作为整体探讨时发现,在氧脱木素条件以用碱量为2.5%时,后续H2O2漂白时,H2O2用量为2.5%,纸浆的白度可达到66%(ISO)以上。

Abstract:We used a new method to analyse the optimal conditions in wheat straw Soda_AQ pulp bleaching.From the seperated stage analysis, the optimal condition of alkali charge is 3% in oxygen delignification and hydrogen peroxide is 2.5% in hydrogen peroxide bleaching stage,the brightness of the pulp could be above 65%(ISO). From the complemental stage analysis, the optimal condition of alkali usage is 2.5% in oxygen delignification and hydrogen peroxide is 2.5% in hydrogen peroxide bleaching stage. The brightness of the pulp could be above 66% (ISO).
