常春藤挥发油的提取及GC-MS分析

摘    要:用正交实验法对水蒸气蒸馏提取常春藤挥发油的提取条件进行了研究;结果表明,最佳提取条件为常春藤粉末(20目)加入900 mL的蒸馏水(20℃)浸泡4 h,水蒸气蒸馏7 h。用气相色谱-质谱联用技术测定了最佳提取条件下所得常春藤挥发油的化学成分及其相对质量分数,共分离出30种成分并鉴定出其中21种,主要是萜烯类化合物以及环氧衍生物(33.17%),邻苯二甲酸异丁基酯(18.89%),氧化石竹烯(15.10%),花生酸(13.65%),香紫苏内酯(6.17%),匙叶桉油烯醇(4.77%),葎草烯(2.49%),α-石竹萜烯(1.41%)。

Abstract:Hydrodistillation method was used to extract the volatile oil from Hedera nepalensis var.sinensis.The medicinal materials was dipped in 900 mL distilled water(20 ℃) for 4 h and distilled for 7 h by steam.The oil was analyzed by GC-MS,30 components were separated,and 21 compounds were identified.The main constituents in the oil of Hedera nepalensis var.sinensis are terpenes compound and epoxy derivant(33.17%),phthalic diisobutyl ester(18.89%),caryophyllene oxide(15.10%),eicosanoic acid(13.65%),sclareolide(6.17%),spathulenol(4.77%),caryophyllene(2.49%) and α-caryophyllene(1.41%).
