高性能高分子粉末涂料的研究进展

摘    要:评述国内外高分子粉末涂料高性能化研究的几大热点,包括高耐候型、耐磨自润滑型和抗菌型等先进功能粉末涂料的开发,装饰性和抗腐蚀性等粉末涂料传统使用性能的提高,低温固化、快速固化和UV固化等特殊工艺性能粉末涂料的发展,同时分析和讨论了高性能高分子粉末涂料的开发动向和发展趋势.

Abstract:The worldwide progress in the development and application of polymer powder coatings is reviewed.The several research subjects for high performance polymers powder coating are summarized,including developments of the ad- vanced powder coating types such as the climate resistance type,the wear resistance and solid lubricating type and the anti- bacterium type,promotions of the traditional operational properties such as the ornament property and the anti-corrosion prop- erty,and exploitations of the special solidifying technology processes such as the low temperature solidifying,the high rate so- lidifying and the ultraviolet solidifying.The developing tendency of high performance polymer powder coatings is analyzed and discussed.
