水资源管理中模糊多属性决策问题研究

在水资源系统管理的多属性决策中存在许多非精确量、且属性复杂的评价条件,本文提出了一种综合考虑各种定性和定量条件的水资源决策方案评价方法。该方法将传统效用函数的概念推广到了模糊数领域,使模糊数和精确数的计算统一于一个公式中,在求得各方案的模糊效用值后,再利用反模糊化的方法得到各方案评价的精确值,从而获得方案的优选顺序。水资源决策实例表明,该方法为模糊多属性决策问题的求解提供了一个便捷而有效的途径。

Research on multi-criteria decision-making in water resources management

There are many quantitative and qualitative factors needed consideration in the decision-making of water resources management.In this paper,an approach to this question is provided,which generalizes the universe of traditional utility function from crisp to fuzzy field,making the quantitative and qualitative values be dealt with at the same time,and then obtains the crisp value of evaluation by defuzzification after getting its fuzzy value of utility function. The method will make the decision procedure easier.Finally,an example of its application is given to show its effectiveness and validity.
