摘    要:采用后合成法制备了 Y /MCM - 4 1复合分子筛, 对其进行 XR D、 S EM、 T EM、 N2 吸附 - 脱附等表征, 并 对复合分子筛的水热稳定性进行了考察。结果表明, 最适宜的制备条件为p H=1 1, n( C TA B) / n( S i O2) =0. 1 5, 晶化 时间为4 8h。Y /MCM - 4 1复合分子筛同时具有介孔分子筛 MCM - 4 1和微孔Y型沸石的特征, 与纯 MCM - 4 1分子筛 相比, 复合分子筛具有较强的的酸性及较高的水热稳定性。

Abstract:The Y/MCM 41 composite molecular sieve was prepared by post synthesis method and its performance was characterized by XRD, BET, N2 adsorption desorption and so on. In addition, its hydrothermal stability was studied. The results showed that the optimized synthesis conditions are as follows: pH 11,CTAB and SiO2 molar ratio of 0.15,crystallization time 48 h,and the composite molecular sieve had the properties of both mesoporous MCM 41 and microporous Y. The acidity and hydrothermal stability of composite molecular sieve were better than that of pure mesoporous MCM 41.
