某铅锌矿巷道型采场粉尘扩散特性研究

摘    要:为了掌握局部通风的长抽长压式巷道型采场在凿岩作业时粉尘颗粒扩散特性研究,获取合理的通风除尘参数,以某铅锌矿巷道型采场为研究背景,依据相似理论基本原理,建立巷道型采场相似实验模型。对采场模型及现场进行风流特性试验,研究了不同工况点下采场风流变化特性;不同风速下采场模型粉尘浓度及分散度试验;分析不同工况点对粉尘浓度及分散度影响程度。结果表明:采场流场在不同风速下,当粉尘颗粒从模型工作面位置进入采场模型后,发现粉尘颗粒粒径大小位移距离会发生明显变化,当工况点风速为0.75 m/s时,工作面粉尘浓度最高为76.4 mg/m3,大部分粉尘颗粒粒径小于10 um,粉尘平均分散度为66.29%,粉尘粒径分散度主要集中在小于2 um,与现场实测结果吻合,说明此工况粉尘颗粒沉降效果最佳。

Abstract:In order to grasp the study on the dust particle diffusion characteristics of the long-drainage and long-pressure roadway type stope with local ventilation during rock drilling operations, and obtain reasonable ventilation and dust removal parameters, a similar experimental model of roadway stope is established by the basic principle of similarity theory, taking a lead-zinc mine roadway type stope as the research background. This paper conducts air flow characteristic tests on the stope model and the site, and studies the change characteristics of the stope air flow under different working conditions; tests on the dust concentration and dispersion degree of the stope model under different wind speeds; analyzes the influence of different working conditions on the dust concentration and dispersion degree. The research results show that: under different wind speeds in the stope flow field, when dust particles enter the stope model from the position of the model working face, it is found that the size and displacement distance of the dust particles will change significantly. When the wind speed at the working point is 0.75m/s, the highest working dust concentration is 76.4 mg/m3, most of the dust particle size is less than 10um, and the average dust dispersion is 66.29%. The dust particle size dispersion is mainly concentrated in the range of less than 2 um, which is consistent with the actual measurement results on site. The dust particle sedimentation effect is the best in this working condition.
