Abstract:The regional integrated energy system with energy coupling and energy interaction is gradually formed in the distribution network under the background of energy internet, which is of great significance for improving the penetration rate of renewable energy and solving environmental problems. The purpose of energy storage is achieved through cooperative utilization of resources at network side and optimal scheduling of multi-energy flow, and a multi-energy flow generalized energy storage system is constructed. On this basis, a three-stage robust programming model based on seasonal multi-scene is built with the method combining stochastic optimization and robust optimization, which considers the multiple uncertainties of multi-energy load and distributed generation. The model of each stage is transformed into the mixed integer linear programming model, and CPLEX is adopted for its cross iteration solution. An improved IEEE 14-NGS14 system is taken for example, the simulative results verify that the planning scheme obtained by the proposed model can effectively reduce the construction and operation cost, and improve the energy utilization efficiency and renewable energy consumption level, compared with the traditional robust optimization and stochastic optimization, the proposed model achieves good balance between economy and conservatism.
