金属离子对锡石浮选捕收剂的影响及其机理研究进展

摘    要:随着锡石富矿资源的不断开采与利用,锡矿资源逐渐趋向于“贫、细、杂”,细粒锡石的回收利用成为选矿领域的重要难题。浮选法是实现微细粒锡石有效回收的重要技术手段,而浮选捕收剂是决定锡石浮选效果的重要因素。矿石碎磨阶段、调浆等过程中,因介质磨损、设备腐蚀、矿物溶解、回水利用、人为添加等原因,浮选矿浆体系中存在一些金属离子,促进或阻碍捕收剂在锡石表面吸附,进而影响锡石浮选。系统性地概述了锡石浮选中几种常见金属离子分别对苯甲羟肟酸、脂肪酸、膦酸类捕收剂捕收性能的影响及其作用机制,为理解金属离子对锡石浮选行为的影响及采用金属离子调控锡石浮选提供参考。

Abstract:With the continuous exploitation and utilization of rich cassiterite resources, the resources of cassiterite gradually tend to be "poor, fine and miscellaneous". The recovery and utilization of fine cassiterite has become an important problem in the field of mineral processing. Flotation is an important technical means to achieve the effective recovery of fine cassiterite, and the flotation collector is an important factor to determine the flotation effect of cassiterite. In the process of ore grinding and pulp blending, there are some metal ions in the flotation pulp system due to medium wear, equipment corrosion, mineral dissolution, backwater utilization, artificial addition and other reasons, which promote or hinder the adsorption of collectors on the surface of cassiterite, and then affect the flotation of cassiterite. In this paper, the effects of several common metal ions on the collection performance of benzohydroxamic acid and fatty acid in cassiterite flotation and their mechanism are systematically summarized. It provides a reference for understanding the influence of metal ions on cassiterite flotation behavior and using metal ions to regulate cassiterite flotation.
