薄板坯连铸连轧采用铁索体轧制生产低碳钢板卷工艺技术研究

摘    要:基于唐钢薄板坯连铸连轧生产线工艺设备,通过理论分析和现场试验,确定了低碳钢板卷铁素体轧制工艺,分析了铁素体轧制板卷组织与性能的关系,以及工艺参数对板卷组织与性能的影响,并指出薄板坯连铸连轧生产线可通过采用铁素体轧制生产性能良好的低碳软钢。

Abstract:According to process and equipment in the thin slab continuous casting and continuous rolling line of Tang Steel , ferrite rolling process of strips of low carbon steel has be established on the basis of theoretical analysis and pilot production. It analyzes the influence of microstructure on properties of product and the influence of the rolling technological parameters on microstructure and properties. It points out that low carbon soft steel of good properties can be producted with ferrite rolling process in the thin slab continuous casting and continuous rolling line.
