摘    要:结合现场实际,对射孔测试联作施工管柱进行了力学分析,重点分析了高压和射孔枪振动对管柱的影响,指出射孔瞬间在封隔段形成的高压是引起管柱振动的一种主要影响因素,提出管柱的减振方法。指出高压也是压力计损坏的主要因素。在此基础上,设计了管柱结构、井下仪器保护装置,提高了射孔测试联作成功率。

Abstract:Combined with on site practices, the mechanics analysis of the perforating combined well testing string is carried out. The effect of high pressure and the vibration of perforating gun on the string is analyzed more emphatically. It is demonstrated that the high pressure produced in the sealing interval is the main factor that causes the string vibration at the instant of detonating, and the vibration absorbing method of the string is put forward. The high pressure is indicated as the main factor causing damage of the pressure gauge. Based on which, the proper string structure, and protecting devices of the downhole instrument are designed. The success rate of perforating combined well testing operations is increased.
