There are many problems in the contract management's of government-invested projects in our country, so there are many illegal activities and crimes,which affect the efficience of government-invested projects seriously. When we study the government-invested projects of foreign countries. we can not find so many problems,the main cause is their perfect government-invested projects' contract management system.This paper make a comparative analyzing of government- invested projects' contract management between china and foreign countries,and make a summarize which is worth making use of. On the base of that,this paper give some countermeasures.
