银行CRM系统功能设计与安全策略

摘    要:从我国商业银行客户关系管理的实践出发,提出了运用数据仓库解决这一问题的基本思路,对银行客户关系管理系统的功能、结构、备份和安全系统作了初步的设计,提出了实现系统功能的六大模块即:客户分析,客户行为模型化,客户沟通,个性化,最佳化,接触管理以及它们之间的关系和安全分工策略。

Abstract:With the use of the method of Data Warehouse, the idea of solving the problem of the customer relation management in commercial banks is put forward. The function, structure, copy and safety system of the CRM are designed preliminarily. And six modules which are customer analysis, modeling customer behavior, customer communication, personalization, optimization, interaction managements are presented as well as the relation between them and safety responsibility strategy.
