摘 要: | 为提高黑索今(1, 3, 5-trinitro-1, 3, 5-triazacyclohexane,RDX)生产中热压煮洗工序工艺及装置的安全性,
采用危险与可操作性分析法(hazard and operability analysis,HAZOP)对RDX 的热压煮洗工序进行分析。通过划分节
点、确定和分析偏差的方式,查找事故发生的原因及可能发生的事故,提出相应的安全对策和建议;对此次HAZOP
分析总结了优缺点,明确了今后改进的方向。结果表明,该方法为RDX 热压煮洗工序的工艺和装置的安全运行提供
了有力支撑。

Application of HAZOP in Hot-press Boiling and Cleaning Process of RDX |

Abstract: | In order to improve the safety of the process and equipment in the process of 1, 3, 5-trinitro-1, 3,
5-triazacyclohexane (RDX) production, the hazard and operability analysis (HAZOP) was used to analyze the hot-press
boiling and cleaning process of RDX. By dividing the nodes, determining and analyzing the deviation, the causes of the
accident and possible accidents are found, and the corresponding safety countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
The advantages and disadvantages of this HAZOP analysis are summarized, and the direction of future improvement is
defined. The results show that this method provides a strong support for the process of RDX hot-press boiling and cleaning
process and the safe operation of the device. |
