摘    要:针对目前三维设计评审仍处于起步阶段,三维设计评审的流程、评审指标库等相关规范还未统一的问题,设计了对三维设计成果进行评审的计算机辅助系统。通过BIM工具建模、机器学习算法预警技术等,建立起满足工程建设相关标准规范要求的数字化评审计算机辅助系统。该系统立足实用化,结合智能评审的要求。同时系统梳理了各专业的共性需求,深入分析了三维模型业务评审应用场景,实现了三维设计成果模型识别、评审指标数据自动提取、空间量测、施工模拟、自动预警、自动生成检测报告等功能。

Abstract:Currently, the three-dimensional design evaluation is still in its infancy, the three-dimensional design evaluation process, evaluation index system and other related specifications are not yet unified. A computer-aided system for the evaluation of 3 D design results is designed. By means of BIM tool modeling, machine learning algorithm and early warning technology, a digital evaluation computer aided system meeting the requirements of engineering construction standards is established. The system is based on practicality, combined with the requirements of intelligent assessment, systematically combed the common needs of various specialties, in-depth analyzed the application scene of 3 D model business evaluation, realized three dimensional design achievement model recognition, evaluation index data automatic extraction, spatial measurement, construction simulation, automatic early warning, automatic generation of test report and other functions.
