| 摘 要： | 通过对铁路门式起重机现行维修保养体制的分析，列举了存在的弊端，阐明了在当前市场经济条件下，现行装卸机械维修保养体制已不适应装卸企业经营的要求，急待改革。并提出了按需维修保养的新思路，制定了维修保养体制改革方案的雏形，以供探讨。

| Abstract: | There are shortcomings with existing railway gantry crane maintenance and care system and the schedules and regulations in it have already unsatisfied railway loading/unloading operation demands required by current market economic development.So reforming it is imperative.This paper puts forward a new require-based maintenance and care system and details its establishment and implementation. |
