摘    要:微小位移量的精确测量是测控工程技术中一个重要的课题.介绍一种针对具体工程的、基于电涡流位移传感器和虚拟仪器技术的微小位移测量方法.采用高精度电涡流位移传感器和虚拟仪器技术、合理设计测量机械机构和数据采集与处理系统,使计算机可以精确测量微小位移量,为准确分析数据结果提供了有利的先决条件,使测量系统精度大大提高.

Abstract:High precise measurement of micro-displacements plays an important role in measurement technologies.The design of a virtual instrument based micro-displacement measurement system with eddy current displacement sensor is presented.The system applies the high-precise eddy current displacement sensor,virtual instrument technology,special mechanical structure,and high-precise data acquisition system,as well as data processing and analyzing.The results show that the present system has high performance in precision and efficiency.
