水垫塘内动水压力允许值的探讨

摘    要:高水头泄水建筑物下游消能设计中,对作用于水垫塘的动水压力允许值△P,一般限制在15 m水柱以内。从水垫塘内的水流流态出发,分析动水压力对水垫塘底板的稳定及强度,全面地论述了动水压力和施工水平,完全可以突破这一限制,从而在泄水建筑物设计中获得更好的技术经济效益。

Abstract:The permissible hydro-dynamic pressure ΔP in cushion pool downstream the high-head water release structure is limited less than 15 m water column under normal condition.Based on the analysis on the flow condition in the cushion pool and the stability of the bottom plate of the cushion pool,the former permissible limit may be broken through provided the construction quality is well controlled.
