| Abstract: | With the issuance and implementation of the standards of management system, the integration of management system has become a hot topic in management study. This paper discussed the trend to develop the concept of modern quality, summarized the present state and existing issues of the study on integrated management systems, pointed out that corporate culture was an important factor not to be ignored, and explored the effective solutions to help with the integration of management systems by making use of the model of performance excellence. |
